After a 3-day deep dive into personal development, I have a few big take-aways! Sometimes we don't want to shine a light inward. However, if we can take some time to do so, it creates awareness.  Then we can make small shifts that add up to big results. I'd love to hear your feedback.

Meet Colleen Riddle

I spent much of my life trying to figure out where I fit.

Growing up as the youngest of six, so much younger than my brothers and sisters, I was always just ‘little Colleen’ — tagging along, in the room but not really part of the conversation. My opinion didn’t carry much weight when everyone older had already decided. It wasn’t unkind — it was just the math of being the baby of a big family. But somewhere in all that tagging along, I started believing that belonging was something you had to earn, or wait for, or hope someone remembered to include you in.

That feeling followed me into adulthood more than I realized. Through different seasons of life, careers, challenges, and reinventions, I kept chasing the same thing: a place where my voice actually mattered.

It took years of personal growth to understand how deeply that search had shaped me — and to realize that the thing I’d been looking for my whole life was exactly what I was meant to help others find.
